Which Windows versions are supported?
Windows 10 and Windows 11 are fully supported. Please check for any additional system prerequisites in your Kontainer settings.
What is the exact WebDAV URL to use for mounting?
The format of the URL is:
https://yourcompany.kontainer.com/webdav
Be sure to include “/webdav” at the end; otherwise, the connection may fail.
Do I need additional software to use WebDAV with Kontainer?
No, you can use the built-in Windows WebDAV support. However, we recommend using third-party software like Mountain Duck for better stability and offline access.
Is the WebDAV connection secure?
Yes — all data remains stored in Kontainer, using your organization’s security settings. The WebDAV connection operates over HTTPS, ensuring encryption during transfer.
Why is my mapped drive not working or disconnecting often?
