Les Deux’s efficient and scalable setup ensures that product data is automatically imported from both Business Central (ERP) and Delogue (PLM). Everything from EAN and SKU numbers to materials and washing instructions is collected and versioned centrally.

Products are handled across variations such as size and color, while texts are versioned in 7 languages and distributed to more than 10 market-specific Shopify shops, as well as to Sitoo (POS) and NuOrder (B2B).

Connecting e-commerce and marketing

Les Deux achieve efficient workflows and a rigorous visual presentation combining PIM and DAM. All products are presented with images and videos across channels.

Product data from PIM is automatically enriched on DAM images and videos. While images and videos from DAM are linked to the products in PIM. If necessary, Les Deux can also manually prioritize images to ensure a presentation that aligns with sales channels and brand expression.

Automated Shopify sync with live overview

In Kontainer, Les Deux can continuously monitor data quality and compliance across the entire product catalog. Corrupt or missing data is clearly tracked, and sync errors with Shopify are automatically recorded. This makes it easy and fast to identify and resolve issues before they reach customers.

In addition, syncs can be manually reset if needed. This approach ensures consistent communication, reduces errors, and strengthens data coherence from marketing through to sales.
